How do we work? Here's a short information on our working policy.
Web-Solutions Policy
Ori Gross himself will be doing the work plans and after you have chosen the service you wish to apply, we will be offering you the so called "Work Plans" which were built for best suiting your needs.
Depending on the service you've asked for, after clearing all Legal Affairs your Plan will be started as discussed with you.
Once the service is completed and out of our Factory, you will be contacted immediately.
Feel free during construction/set-up time to call/e-mail me to discuss changes so that you are 100% satisfied with your service choice at OGP.
Live Solutions Policy
Ori Gross himself will be doing the work on your system. Payment will be done either by a Fix Amount or by an Hour Rate, whichever better suits you, you decide.
Minor problems can be fixed locally, major problems will require the system to be taken to OGP and returned as soon as the system is completed, though we will also take it with us on request.
